We encourage all the participants to give poster presentations during 11/23 (Fri)-11/24 (Sat) to exchange ideas and facilitate communication.  Any topics of poster presentations are welcome including student projects under planning.  Your presentations do not always need to be related to organized sessions.

 

Instruction for registration and abstract submission
After making the registration at Registration System, please send the information on your presentation to 6thtjew@gmail.com by using the template.  The deadline for these processes is 9/22 (Sat).

 

Poster presentation awards
Poster presentations by students and assistants without Ph.D. will be automatically nominated for the Poster Presentation Awards and award winners will be announced at the closing ceremony on 11/24 (Sat).

 

Travel fund for Japanese students
If you are students coming from Japan for poster presentation, we may partly support your traveling fees (30,000-50,000 JPY).  If you wish to apply for this, please briefly describe your motivation to participate in the workshop, including the statement that you do not have other financial supports, within the email for abstract submission.

Guidelines for presentation

Please display your posters during the 11/23 (Fri) morning after registration, according to your poster ID (please check it in the booklet).  The poster size should be <90 cm in width and <120 cm in height.  The core time of Poster Session is 15:15-16:45 on 11/23, while you are encouraged to use lunchtime or coffee break for poster presentation.  Please remove your poster before Closing Ceremony. Thereafter, we will dispose of remaining posters.
